Over the years we noticed that campaigns and organizations suffered from one big problem: outdated, inaccurate phone numbers. The good news is, we can fix that.

We have been appending better phone numbers across the country for years. In a couple of hours we can take any list of records with full addresses, find accurate, updated phone numbers, and verify the phones already on it.

We added 240,000 working phone numbers of people of color to the Florida file that no one else could find. Our improvements to VAN data in Minnesota corrected 29 percent of the records and added phone numbers to 12 percent of the list where there were none. How it works

Send us a file in .xls, .csv or .txt with the name, phone number and full address of each record. We match it against our data, append and verify, and aim to return the enhanced file by the end of the same day. You do not need to book a call program to use the service.

Data from your telephone town hall

A telephone town hall produces data as valuable as the conversation: who participated and for how long, how each person answered every poll, who wanted to ask a question, and the screeners’ notes. Poll questions during the event build persuasion and turnout lists for a candidate, or find the members willing to take action for an organization. Participants who stay more than five minutes are the ones to ask for donations or volunteering. We work with you before, during and after the event so the data gets used. Data Enhancement for Vaccine Outreach with GOTVax
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, GOTVax applied a variety of proven campaign GOTV strategies to get vaccines to our most vulnerable populations. As a part of this effort, they hosted a series of Telephone Town Halls connecting public healthcare officials, local care providers, and notable community members to people who needed access and information about the public health emergency and the vaccine.
In order to identify a target audience for the Telephone Town Halls, we enhanced their data to find 275,000 phone numbers for vaccine-hesitant people in 12 different states. This gave GOTVax a large universe to contact with their events so they could persuade people to get their vaccine and motivate them to encourage neighbors to do the same.
